【Reminder terms】

In order to provide you with better services, please carefully read the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Before using the products and services provided by Shanghai Fenghu Information Technology Co., Ltd, please carefully read this agreement - you should carefully read and fully understand the various terms of this agreement, especially the disclaimer clauses that exempt or limit the liability of Fox ToDo List, necessary limitations on your rights and information use, licensing, legal application, and dispute resolution clauses. Among them, important content such as exemption or limitation of liability clauses will be highlighted in bold for your attention, and you should focus on reading them.Please carefully read and choose whether to accept or not to accept this agreement (minors should read with the legal guardian and obtain the consent of the legal guardian before using the services provided by the platform). When you read and agree to this agreement and start using the services provided by Fox ToDo List, it means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this agreement, and promise to be bound by this agreement as a party to it. During the process of reading this agreement, if you do not agree with the provisions of this agreement or any of its terms, you shall immediately cease to use the relevant services provided by Fox ToDo List.

We may update the content of this agreement from time to time according to the situation, but we will inform you through application announcements, private message notifications, or update prompts; Once this agreement is modified, it will replace the original service agreement. If you have any questions about the modified agreement, please contact us in a timely manner. If you do not agree to this agreement and/or any amendments or changes made by Fox ToDo List, please immediately stop using all services and/or products provided by Fox ToDo List

.Ⅰ、Definition

1、This agreement is entered into between you and the operator of Fox ToDo List, Shanghai Fenghu Information Technology Co., Ltd, and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), regarding your downloading, installation, and use of Fox ToDo List, and obtaining the services provided by Fox ToDo List.

2、“User” refers to all users who directly or indirectly obtain and use “Fox ToDo List” and related services, including natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations. In this agreement, it is referred to as "User" or “You”.

Ⅱ、Usage rules

1、You fully understand and agree that “Fox ToDo List” is only a platform for you to share, transmit, and obtain information. You shall make your own judgment on the content of “Fox ToDo List” and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or practicality of the content. Fox ToDo List cannot and will not be liable for any losses or damages caused by user behavior.

2、Any content you transmit in or through the Fox ToDo List service does not reflect the views or policies of Fox ToDo List, and Fox ToDo List assumes no responsibility for this.

3、You fully understand and agree that "Fox ToDo List" provides a peer-to-peer real-time sharing service based on user relationships. You are fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, and validity of personal information on "Fox ToDo List", and you may not impersonate others; Not to use the name of others to disseminate any information; Do not maliciously use devices or account information to cause other users to misunderstand; Otherwise, "Fox ToDo List" has the right to immediately stop providing services, reclaim the "Fox ToDo List" account, and you will be solely responsible for all legal liabilities arising from this.

4、You are fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, and validity of the information transmitted on Fox ToDo List. Any legal responsibility related to the information you disseminate shall be borne by you and shall not be related to Fox ToDo List.

5、The services provided by Fox ToDo List may include advertisements, and you agree to display advertisements provided by Fox ToDo List and third-party suppliers and partners during use.

6、You agree that you will use your account legally and will not maliciously use it to cause harm or seek undue benefits to Fox ToDo List or any third party; You agree not to engage in any improper activities through the products and/or services provided by Fox ToDo List. These prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to the following situations：

(1)Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution；

(2)Harming national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity；

(3)Damage to national honor and interests；

(4)Inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity；

(5)Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions；

(6)Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability；

(7)Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crimes；

(8)Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others；

(9)Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

7、“《Fox ToDo List》” may, based on its reasonable judgment, be responsible for violating relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement; The Fox ToDo List # has the right to stop transmitting any content that infringes, impairs, or threatens the rights or security of anyone, or impersonates others, in accordance with the law, and has the right to take appropriate legal action against any person who violates these terms in its own judgment, including but not limited to deleting illegal, infringing, inappropriate content from the Fox ToDo List service, terminating the violator's membership, preventing them from using all or part of the Fox ToDo List service, and storing relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations and reporting to relevant departments.

8、User rights and obligations：

(1) The ownership of the "Fox ToDo List" account belongs to "Fox ToDo List". After using "Fox ToDo List" through the device, the user defaults to an account bound to the device and obtains the right to use the "Fox ToDo List" account, which only belongs to the initial user.

(2) Users have the right to change or disable their personal permissions on Fox ToDo List, but it should be noted that disabling relevant permissions will also affect the use of all or part of the functions of Fox ToDo List. Users are responsible for this risk.

(3) Users shall abide by the terms of this agreement and use this service correctly and appropriately. If a user violates any of the terms of this agreement, Fox ToDo List has the right to terminate the provision of services to the defaulting user account in accordance with the agreement.

Ⅲ、Protocol Integrity

When you use the products and/or different services of # # appName # #, # # appName # # may establish corresponding rules, notices, or guidelines based on the characteristics of different products and services. When you use the service, you should comply with the relevant rules, notices, or guidelines, which form a part of this agreement; # # appName # # attaches great importance to your personal privacy protection and has formulated a dedicated privacy policy, which also forms an integral part of this agreement.

Ⅳ、Privacy Policy

You agree and fully understand that "Fox ToDo List" will collect the relevant information and usage logs you publish on "Fox ToDo List" in accordance with laws and regulations and the privacy policy published on "Fox ToDo List". "Fox ToDo List" will strictly abide by the privacy policy of "Fox ToDo List" to collect your information.

Ⅴ、Limitation of Liability

1、Fox ToDo List reserves the right to replace, modify, or upgrade the software at any time, as well as the right to charge fees for such replacement, modification, or upgrade. This "software" allows users to activate the "upgrade prompt" function by default. Depending on the version of the "software" used by the user, "Fox ToDo List" provides users with the option to choose whether to activate this function. After the release of a new version of the software, "Fox ToDo List" does not guarantee the continued availability of the old version of the software. "Fox ToDo List" reserves the right to unilaterally modify or restrict certain functions and effects of the software due to business development needs, and users are responsible for this risk.

2、Fox ToDo List and/or partners will provide users with various Internet and mobile communication value-added services related to the "software", including free and paid value-added services, according to the development of the market and technology. Fox ToDo List and/or cooperating units reserve the right to charge fees for related value-added services and change the charging standards and methods; If the relevant services are changed from free to paid services, "Fox ToDo List" and/or cooperating units will notify in an appropriate form. Users can choose to accept or refuse paid services and guarantee that when using paid services, fees will be paid in accordance with the "Fox ToDo List" and/or cooperating unit's relevant fee collection regulations. If fees are refused or delayed, "Fox ToDo List" and/or cooperating units have the right to stop the service and recover losses and compensation in accordance with the law.

3、The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Fox ToDo List and its cooperating and affiliated companies from any claims, demands, or losses claimed by any third party, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from or arising from the user's violation of this Agreement or related service terms.

4、All losses suffered by users due to communication line failures, technical issues, network and computer failures, system instability, and other uncontrollable reasons caused by third parties such as telecommunications departments shall not be borne by Fox ToDo List and cooperating units.

5、If technical malfunctions or other uncontrollable events affect the normal operation of services, Fox ToDo List and its cooperating units promise to cooperate with relevant units in a timely manner to handle and repair them. However, Fox ToDo List and its cooperating units shall not be responsible for any losses suffered by users as a result.

6、Like most Internet services, this service is affected by differences in factors including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc., and may be harassed by various security issues, such as the harassment in real life caused by others using user information; Other software downloaded and installed by users or other websites accessed contain viruses such as Trojan horses, which threaten the security of user's computer information and data, thereby affecting the normal use of this service, and so on. Users should strengthen their awareness of information security and data protection, and pay attention to password protection to avoid losses and harassment.

7、Users must understand that the use of this service may be affected by unstable factors in various aspects due to the involvement of Internet services. Therefore, there is a risk of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements caused by force majeure, computer virus or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown and any other technology, Internet, communication lines, etc. Users are required to bear the above risks, and Fox ToDo List does not provide guarantees. The Fox ToDo Listdoes not assume any responsibility for the inability of users to send and receive reading messages, or for sending incorrect messages as a result.

8、Users must understand that there is a risk of anonymous or pseudonymous information, including threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content or behavior, or infringement of the rights of others (including intellectual property), from any other person during the use of this service. Users must bear the above risks. Fox ToDo List and cooperating companies do not make any type of guarantee for this service, whether explicit or implied, including all implied guarantees and conditions related to the authenticity, appropriateness, suitability for a specific purpose, ownership, and non infringement of information. Users are not responsible for any direct, indirect, accidental, special, and subsequent damages arising from the improper or illegal use of the service by users. Any responsibility.

9、The information content defined in "Fox ToDo List" includes: text, software, sound, photos, videos, and charts; All content in the advertisement; The commercial information provided by Fox ToDo List to users is protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property and ownership laws. Therefore, users can only use these contents under the authorization of Fox ToDo List and advertisers, and cannot copy, modify, edit these contents, or create derivative products related to the content without authorization.

10、Under no circumstances shall Fox ToDo List be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits suffered by users as a result of using the Fox ToDo List service (even if Fox ToDo List has been informed of the possibility of such losses). Although this agreement may contain contradictory provisions, the full responsibility of Fox ToDo List to you, regardless of the reason or behavior, shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid by you to Fox ToDo List during the membership period for using the Fox ToDo List service.

11、Fox ToDo List does not assume any legal responsibility for the occurrence of the following related matters：

(1)Fox ToDo List provides your personal information in accordance with legal regulations or relevant government requirements；

(2) Any personal information leakage caused by you informing others of user passwords or sharing registered accounts with others, or other personal information leakage not caused by 《# # appName # #》；

(3) Any disputes arising from the use of your personal information by any third party in accordance with the terms of service and statements stated in the 《# # appName # #》；

(4) Any temporary website shutdown caused by hacker attacks, computer virus intrusions, or government regulations；

(5) Any consequences caused by force majeure；

(6) The usage methods or disclaimers listed in the service terms and statements of Fox ToDo List.

Ⅵ、Intellectual property protection

1、Intellectual Property Declaration

（1）This software was developed by Fox ToDo List. All copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights of the software, as well as all information related to the software, including but not limited to: textual expressions and their combinations, icons, decorations, charts, colors, interface design, layout framework, relevant data, printed materials, or electronic documents, are protected by the Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law, Anti Unfair Competition Law, and corresponding international treaties and other intellectual property laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Except for software or technology authorized by third parties, "Fox ToDo List" enjoys the above-mentioned intellectual property rights.

（2）Without the written consent of Fox ToDo List, users are not allowed to implement, utilize, transfer, or license any third party to implement, utilize, or transfer the aforementioned intellectual property for any profit or non-profit purposes. Fox ToDo List reserves the right to pursue the aforementioned unlicensed behavior.

2、Scope of Software Authorization

（1）Users can install, use, display, and run this software on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes. Users are not allowed to install, use, or run this "software" for commercial operation purposes. They are not allowed to copy, modify, hook up or create any derivative works of the software or the data released into the memory of any computer terminal during the operation of the software, as well as the interaction data between the client and server during the operation of the software. The forms include but are not limited to using plugins, plugins, or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access this "software" and related systems.

（2）Reserved Rights: All other rights not expressly authorized remain the property of Fox ToDo List, and users must obtain written consent from Fox ToDo List when using other rights.

Ⅶ、Dispute resolution

You agree that in case of any disputes arising from this agreement, you will promptly contact the company's customer service to negotiate and reach an agreement with the company as soon as possible.
